Tour Confirmation & Booking
A booking is established when we receive a completely filled-out and signed names and confirmation for the trip by email from the clients, clearly defining the planned program, trip starting date & the number of travellers.
After the booking has been established, the client will receive a confirmation letter from Golden Gate Tours & Travel within 1 to 2 working days.
The tour prices include only those services and facilities which are mentioned in the price inclusion part.
At all times changes in the program agreed on by both parties need to be confirmed by email. Otherwise, the program will be organized as previously agreed on.
The tour prices are quoted in US dollars
Air fares are excluded from the tour prices, unless otherwise agreed
Every traveller should have a passport valid at least six months after the end of the tour.
Payments & Cancelation
Usually we don’t request any deposits or credit card information to guarantee the payment; however, in some cases deposit can be requested.
100 % of the total invoice should be paid by Cash on the arrival day, also we accept all kind of credit cards, but a 3 % fee will be applied.
In case you wish to cancel the tour, the following charges will be applied:
Cancellation made up to 3 Days prior to the arrival date, no charge will be applied.
Cancellation made 3 days and less prior to the arrival date, a 25 % charge will be applied.
